At EasyPhones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your technology purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EasyPhones account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Device

  Ensure the phone is factory reset and placed in its original packaging along with all included accessories, chargers, and manuals to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
